Graduated from Istanbul University (IU) Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1999. Completed internal medicine residency at IU Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006. Finished hematology fellowship at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. Received the title of Associate Professor in 2017 and Professor in 2023.
Served as a hematology specialist at Van Regional Training and Research Hospital between 2012-2014. Since 2014, he has been working in the Hematology Department of Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital.
Successfully passed the European Hematology Association (EHA) Board Exam in 2019 and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) Board Exam in 2021.
His clinical and academic work focuses on hematological malignancies, particularly lymphoproliferative diseases, bone marrow stem cell transplantation, and clinical trial design. He has numerous international and national publications and actively contributes to multicenter clinical research.

Started working as a hematology specialist at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital in 2020. As of 2025, she serves as the educational and administrative supervisor in the same institution.
Passed the Turkish Society of Hematology Proficiency Exam in 2018 and the EHA Board Exam in 2022. Completed the TSH Kanbilim Academy KMPN masterclass in 2022.
Has numerous academic works on myeloproliferative diseases, chronic myeloid leukemia, and multiple myeloma. Member of TSH and EHA.

Graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 1996. Completed internal medicine residency in 2009 and hematology fellowship in 2012 at Marmara University.
Has been serving at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital since 2012 and as the responsible physician for the transfusion committee since 2013.
Main interests include myelodysplastic syndromes, bone marrow failures, hemostasis, and thrombosis. Member of TSH and EHA.
