Registration Fees

REGISTRATION (PHYSICAN)	25,000 TL
REGISTRATION (COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE)	22,500 TL

• Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and meeting documents.
• VAT will be added to the specified fees.

Accommodation Fees

Single Room (Per Night)	475 €
Double Room (Per person / Per Night)	365 €

• The accommodation fee includes breakfast and lunch; dinner is not included.
• VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the specified fees.

Transfer Fees

Istanbul Airport - The Ritz Carlton Hotel (One Way)	4,000 TL
Istanbul Airport - The Ritz Carlton Hotel (Round Trip)	8,000 TL

• VAT will be added to all prices indicated.
• The payment deadline is June 5, 2026.
